In May of 2017 my family and I decided to list our home. My father, who lived with, us took the lead in finding an agent. Upon finding and meeting Donna, he was truly impressed with her personality, knowledge and professionalism. Needless to say, once my sister and I met her, we instantly knew why.

At our first meeting Donna came prepared with specs, sales and historical information on home sales in our area. She outlined the process in our home (on a Sunday nonetheless!) in just under an hour. By the time she departed, we were certain we made the right decision to go with Keller Williams Realty with Donna Paul at the helm.

Once we set up appointments for staging, photos and the open house, the whole process went rather quickly. With Donna’s promotion both online and throughout the neighborhood, our first open house was a true success bringing in more foot traffic than any of us expected on a rain-drenched Saturday afternoon! Donna and team worked their magic, and we couldn’t have been happier.
As with any home sale, issues do arise. And as luck would have it, we hit a snag with a sidewalk violation from the city. Good grief! We were in the middle of contract and timing couldn’t have been worse! Donna kept us all calm, and ensured that she would take care of any concerns and work with us and the buyers to come to a resolution. In the end, things worked out for all parties, thanks to Donna and her diligent work with both sides to keep the process moving.

I was referred to Donna Paul to help sell my mom’s house in Brooklyn New York. My mom is a senior citizen and I was not able to be in New York with her to manage the selling process. I spoke with Donna on the phone who assured me she’d take care of my mom. In that initial phone call she also made available a reference who she’s helped relocate before. Donna’s past client had nothing but great things to say! What was most appealing was the fact that Donna helped her relocate to a new city just like I was aiming to do with my mom.

There is no quick way to sum up that Donna Paul went over and above, times 100! Donna even picked my mother up to give her a lift to closing and coordinated her ride to the airport for her relocation flight. Can you say “over and above”?
